1. Order Process & Finality

Placement of an order via our WhatsApp form does not constitute a legal contract of sale. A sale is only finalized when:

• The availability of the items is confirmed by our team.
• The customer physically inspects and accepts the items at the store.
• Payment is completed at the store counter.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order request at our sole discretion without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Product Availability

We strive to provide accurate pricing and inventory information. However:

• Prices shown on the website or communicated are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations.
• Items listed as "Featured" or "Starter Kits" are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you via WhatsApp.
• In the event of a pricing error (systemic or manual), we are not obligated to fulfill the order at the incorrect price.

3. Payments

Payments must be made in person at the time of pickup. We accept:

• Cash
• UPI (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe)
• Authorized Shop Cheques (for verified bulk accounts only)

4. Returns & Exchange Policy

To protect our business and customers:

• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or damaged items identified at the time of pickup.
• Once an item has left the store premises, it is considered "accepted" by the customer.
• Exchanges are subject to the item being in its original, unused, and sellable condition with original packaging.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ibrahim Book Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the inability to fulfill an order request. Our total liability is limited to the value of the items ordered.

6. User Conduct

Any attempt to "fool" the ordering system, provide fake names/numbers, or repeatedly place orders without picking them up will result in a permanent block from our WhatsApp services and potential legal action for harassment or business disruption.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts in Tenkasi District, Tamil Nadu.
